Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every offer from Sorelle Luna and every order you place with us. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Sorelle Luna is a trade name of Unlimited Solutions, based in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under 56209576.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer on this website and to every distance contract between Sorelle Luna and you as a consumer. We may update them; the version that applies is the one in force when you place your order.
3. The offer
Products are described and shown as accurately as we can. Colours may differ slightly between screens. An obvious error or mistake does not bind us.
4. Prices
Prices are in euro and include Dutch VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay: free from €75, otherwise calculated at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
5. The contract and payment
The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is made at checkout through the methods shown there (for example iDEAL, card, Klarna). We ship once payment is received.
6. Delivery
We ship from the Netherlands and deliver in 5–10 working days across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, with a tracking link by email. If an item is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us within those 14 days by email at hello@sorelleluna.com or with the model form below. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
Return the goods complete, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging where you can. You are liable only for any reduction in value from handling beyond what is needed to check the item, as you would in a shop. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you sent them, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive.
The cost of returning the goods is yours: a refund-only return carries a €5 return-label fee, deducted from the refund. Exchanges are free.

9. Conformity and guarantee
Your order must match the description and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. Statutory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law apply in full and are never limited by these terms. If something is wrong, email hello@sorelleluna.com with your order number and a photo and we put it right.
10. Complaints
Email complaints to hello@sorelleluna.com; we reply within one working day and aim to resolve within 14 days. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in still apply where they give you more protection.
