Orders and sizing

Include your order number for anything about an order. For sizing, send your usual size, height, and the piece you’re considering, and we’ll tell you which to choose.

Returns and exchanges

Free exchanges on every order, in any size, colour or style we stock. Refund-only returns carry a €5 return label fee, deducted from the refund. Start online through your account or the link in your dispatch email, or read the full policy.
